I would have given this a full score but for one thing. The installation date was postponed by a week but I was told this was caused by illness so I accept that. The tradesmen were courteous and polite but after installation I was not shown that the equipment was working so I have had to accept it (and pay) on good faith. So it is only that where service could have been better
