Purchased a Wise remote handset to replace an old one that had failed. I ended up buying two more as they are a better design compared to the older model and were more suitably shaped when on a keyring.
I had to speak to the sales team as there were two models on offer one with a metal body and one that was plastic. The latter was lighter when on the keyring. The Team were very helpful and did not realise that two models were on offer.
