I ordered Stackers jewellery roll and received Stackers cable tidy. A phone call resolved the issue and two days later I received my order together with a return label for the cable tidy. The returns label was not accepted by the post office "not suitable for home returns" so I posted back myself and emailed with a photo of the postage receipt in order to be refunded. As yet email not acknowledged and refund not received. I am perfectly sure Edmonds Jewellers are an excellent company albeit very disorganised (swamped?) right now in the run up to Christmas - Carl did say they are exceedingly busy which is great for them.
