Ordered bag and purse as a birthday gift for my mum as she always admires mine and often difficult buying her a present. I purchased mine from my place of work but no longer have this particular one in stock. So whilst I was disappointed I had to pay more for it and obviously P&P I could not fault the service. Arrived next day packaged very nice and my mum was very happy. Highly recommend
