They changed my monthly DD in September to £480, I said I wanted to pay £520 as felt it would be too low, I can’t log in to give reading have had to do it over the phone and now they say I am in debit? Shocking customer service and can’t wait to leave. Was only with them by default as they took over my previous supplier and was forced to stay as they were taking under payments despite me giving meter readings which put me over £2k in debit originally that I needed to pay off monthly (was having to pay over £820 before this). Just wished I would have left after the Summer
