We moved into our new property and were informed by EDF they weren't providing our electricity, so we went to E.ON who told us they were, so for over a year we paid E.ON to then receive a letter from EDF saying nope we owed them money. To be frank the hassle, the communication, the overall service to get to this resolved was appalling. it has been sorted but I would advice anyone using this company to move away asap. Worst company I have ever dealt with. it took them 3 months to resolve and there goodwill gesture was appalling.
