The ease of the process altogether was easy- ordering , delivery and installation. Although it did take longer than anticipated due to supply it worked out okay in the end with the installation carried out in the sunshine. It was all coordinated( measurement visit, delivery of equipment and organisation of installation team) and worked well. Any queries I had were dealt with immediately by the sales team ( Gemma) I was particularly impressed with the Installation Team( Simon and Bradley) from up north who worked long days, hardly stopping and were courteous and a pleasure to have on site. A true northern tonic to have here in South Wales!!!
