Product is as described delivery was prompt and on price comparison for the same product on different sites. They were the cheapest the best part about these bottles which I told a lot of people I've realised is they look good but the lids are really easy for my dad who has arthritis in his hands he is still independent enough to lift the lid of the bottle without any special aid and make us coffee, and that is the most important thing. It allows us all to be the same.
