We ordered an item as a Christmas present for a grandson. When it hadn’t arrived and had clearly been lost in delivery I got in touch with Eden and Willow to tell them of the problem. By 8.00am the next morning I got an email saying how sorry they were and that a replacement was on its way! Really impressive customer service - especially when the problem was due to the delivery company and not E & W. Would certainly recommend End and Willow.
