Ordered decking materials on 11th August and received an email on 12th August advising that delivery would be on the 15th August. On the 14th August received an email stating 'Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. Your order has been rescheduled for delivery with an estimated delivery date of 14 August 2015. Thank you for your order'. After checking my emails at 5pm on 14th August I attempted to phone them to clarify, but received an automated message advising that they were closed. I sent them an email (at 5.15 pm 14th August) asking when delivery would be arranged. To date, 7pm 15th August not had a reply. At 5.35pm 14th August I received a call from a driver to advise that he would be delivering in approximately 40 minutes. At this time we were about to leave home for an arranged family function, but waited for the delivery. It arrived at 7.10 pm. Rubbish service from this company. There is no company care.
