Ecookshop despatched speedily, but delivery let them down. Full details were given as to what to do in event of not being in. This was totally ignored, in fact I don't think they tried to deliver as neighbour was in opposit. Parcel taken to Argos for collection, and informed could be cpollected same day just few hrs later. This is reason for reduction in ratying. I am 90 yrs of age and restricted in what I can do. Get another courier. had problems with this company previously takeing to wrong address
