Got the Kitchenaid power plus blender . Quick delivery but the blender was faulty . On the second day of using it , there was thudding noise and there was fumes of smoke from the motor and the whole house smells of the burnt smoke. The customer care was brilliant though . We are in the process of returning the item for full refund .I don’t know if this happened to anyone or it’s just us ? I wish everything went well and we didn’t have this experience. I had planned to get many more- lecureset cookware and Kitchenaid mixer and many more from this website hopefully once this is resolved I am willing to give a go with the lecrueset cookware .(fingers crossed)
