Shopped for my daughter’s wedding. They had an offer published in the express until the 28th November for free crystal flutes if you spend over £100 which I did but could not find the correct code. I messaged support with evidence on the web. But was told it had ended and basically tough. I am a repeat customer and this has happened before this company if you add to your order it deletes the code you previously had added and then you can’t add to it! So disappointing as the support from Jane McKeown was not very helpful.
