I ordered 2 sets of Denby glasses for a present. Only one set was sent and I informed Dawsons immediately. Two days later I received a reply asking for photographs of packaging and other information that it was not possible to supply as they had been sent directly to my friends. I gave Dawsons the correspondance between us and a picture of the two glasses from my friend. They came back 2 days later and told me that they hade checked the weight of the parcel and only 2 glasses had been sent. They had no more in stock. I do not know why the could not have checked the weight and not put me through the worry they have. I now have to find another 2 glasses from elsewhere. Very bad first ( and last) experience.
