Not a great shopping experience. I ordered three items. When initially delivered 2 out of 3 were damaged. Dawsons responded quite quickly and sent replacements, however they sent a milk jug not the mug I ordered. When I pointed this out Dawsons requested a photo of the item! They then asked me to send it back.
So I had to stay in three times and wrap a parcel.
