My eBay account was randomly restricted… My eBay account was randomly restricted for no reason or explanation. After multiple attempts to reach customer support, I just gave up. After searching for something very specific and only finding it on eBay I decided to give it another try. I had to check out as a "guest" due to my account being "permanently restricted". After paying for the item and waiting 12 days, it never shipped. Trying to log in to contact the seller required an ebay log in which I didn't have - for no reason of my own. Multiple attempts to reach the seller or ebay customer care all required ebay log in credentials. After over three weeks of trying to reach out to eBay and the seller resulting in a resolution, I called my bank and they credited they money back to my account in less than am hour! eBay closed my request with no correspondence. Terrible customer service from ebay and no communication from the seller (bcharle68). Do better!
