The after sales back up i received from this company is shocking!
I had a delivery of concrete at my home address. After the delivery was completed the driver pulled the lorry forward with out disconnecting the chute which caught my gate post, braking it in half and also damaging the gate. After many non returned phone calls trying to get this resolved i was finally after 8 weeks offered £50 as a gesture of good will and was told that the post wasn't in a good condition and i needed to take some responsibility for the directions i never gave to the driver.
