We flew from Rome to Bristol today- June 14 , 2022. The easyJet staff boarding us on the 10.25 flight were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, good- humoured and friendly. We were delayed by about an hour but once our plane arrived in Rome, it was emptied and made ready for us really quickly. I also thought that their kind attention to three disabled passengers was brilliant. They opened doors to help keep us cool, joked and smiled and kept us up to date on what was happening. We actually nearly caught up on the delay, arriving in Bristol only 20 minutes late. I think we are always too quick to criticise when there are delays. However, our experience today with EasyJet staff on the ground and in the air shows how great customer service in difficult conditions goes a long way.
