We wanted a frame to fit a piece of cross stitch but a standard 'off the shelf' one wouldn't fit. After looking online and based on reviews and on the fantastically helpful website we went to easy-frame and are so glad we did. The order process was very easy, the price was very reasonable and their communication is excellent. Our frame arrived bang on time and the packaging was as perfect as the frame itself. Highly recommended and we would definitely use them again for a bespoke frame without hesitation (even without the generous discount voucher)
