Never Again
I ordered a piece of foam, on the website I was prompted to input the 3D measurements. What I was sent was a product of completely different measurements. When contacting customer service in the person of Debbie to point out that I received the wrong item, she just sent me the order confirmation, showing the wrong measurements. Unfortunately there is no way for me to prove that the mistake wasn't from my end, however I did pay attention when I entered the measurements in cm and I struggle to believe that I made 3 mistakes in a row. The return policy is designed in a way that by returning the item at my own cost and with them subtracting the posting expenses from the refund, I would have not retrieved any of the money I spent. So I'm left short of 10£ and with a useless piece of foam. For these dubious practices however, they are left with 1) a bad review 2) an unhappy customer that will never return 3) no order for the correct item, which would have brought them 31£ instead of 10£. Very short-sighted way for conducting a business.
