There basic order/delivery service is efficient but their after sales is poor
Very disappointed with the service received from East Coast Kitchens.
I e-mailed them about some additional items for a recent purchase, and they replied the next day with a negative response.
I then replied to that with a couple of suggestions on how I might get round the problem but they never bothered to reply.
That's poor in my opinion.
