Poor customer service. The product arrived promptly but was broken. EastCoast Kitchens was slow to respond. We were under time pressure since our contractors were waiting to install the product, so we couldn't wait for the return process and instead ordered the product again and requested a refund for the broken product. After weeks and several rounds of emails, we are still awaiting approval of the refund as EastCoast Kitchens seems to make their decision dependent upon the refund decision by the manufacturer rather than taking responsibility for their services.
