Booked a car to be picked up at Geneva Airport through eRentals.co.uk. When the documents arrived, the car was to be provided by Dollar. When we got to Geneva Airport the Dollar desk inside the airport was closed and a notice advised us to get the shuttle bus to CarPark 51 and visit the Dollar office there. We got to the car park and found another notice advising us to go to the Hertz office as they were dealing with Dollar Rentals. By now we were a bit anxious, but from that point on, everything went smoothly. No pressure was put on us to take out extra insurance and the car we got was fine. It had one or two minor scratches which we pointed out to the staff, and they recorded the fact they were there, no problem. When we returned the car, they checked for any additional scratches (there weren't any!) and we were on our way within 5 minutes.
