Having started the journey from Manchester, our original vehicle developed a fault. We spoke to Call Centre who directed us to to take the vehicle back to Manchester. The staff were courteous, extremely helpful and quickly replaced our vehicle with a similar model. We only lost one and a half hours but this was due to the trafic rather that the efficiency of the Budget Staff.
