It was a terrible experience.
I ordered some E-liquids on March 15, 2024 and they didn't arrive after a few weeks. I contacted them many times, but I was able to contact them after two weeks. According to the communication, they claimed that my cargo had been shipped, but there was no tracking number. In the end, the official shipping was confirmed about a month after the order was placed. Their company must have a policy of not valuing customer service at all.
