Awful. Firstly the online measuring guide is terrible and each boot comes up very large ended up needed 4 sizes below my initial size. Delivery speed super slow. Had to pay £15 to return. Had to chase my replacement half a dozen times and no apology or any customer service was given by Lee in the office. No email ever sent any time confirming boots received back and new ones on their way, sent a 3rd pair back for incorrect sizing wanting another exchange size and waited and waited. Sent an email to Lee asking where they were and at this rate winter would be over. Never responded just refunded. They pay all these social media bloggers to advertise their over priced and under quality expected products but don’t care at all about the paying customers. Please don’t part with £300 for this substandard company.
