I contacted DH about 3 years ago, about replacement doors for my log cabin. Boy, did I dither! Long story short, DH sent me a reminder email on occasion and after a recent phone call I agreed and paid for replacement doors. The young man on the phone answered all my questions, mainly about the hinges.
He arranged Delivery for me and a week or so later they were delivered. I spent a week or more treating them with varnish and they now look great on my 8 year old Log Cabin.
What a great service.
