Ordered a terminator grand xl log cabin from the company. Was worried at first reading reviews as you do before buying most things nowadays, but there was no need for the worry. From ordering to delivery and me building it on my own everything went fine and now I have my lovely log cabin. The delivery had to be done on two loads which actually made it easier for me to organise myself with such a lot of timber, the drivers were great and took pictures of a few pieces that were slightly damaged and warped but nothing serious, they said if you have problems they would sort it out, but no need. Quick build time several days on my own and I had it done, roof took the longest. I bought my own roof and floor insulation as I get good discount being a builder come handyman come gardener. I dealt with Samson at dunster house and he needs a medal, lovely chap helped me out a lot with dimensions as I was building a timber base prior to having it delivered and with his help I got it spot on to the ‘mm’. So if your looking for a log cabin you won’t go wrong with Dunster House. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews as I’ve read them all and my experience was all good.
