I'm pleased with every part from ordering to installation. The lady on the telephone was helpful and friendly, and I received regular emails regarding my order. The delivery guys were really pleasant and helpful. The installation/build was easier than I anticipated, and I did this on my own in one and a half days. There were no parts damaged, broken, or missing and included easy-to-follow instructions. My only comment/request would be, to have the ability to adjust the doors up/down to help align the doors just in case something is not quite level (like mine). I managed to resolve this with a couple of small washers placed on the hinge to lift the door slightly.
