Well, this was a good company until recently, i used to call and get skips dropped and collected at the drop of a hat.
Recently however getting a skip is the easy part, change over mostly ok, but getting a collection is like pulling teeth.
Booked my collection on 14th July and was told it would happen on the following Tuesday, phone call from them at around 4pm on the Tuesday saying its been rolled over and would be collected latest Friday, WTF seriously, Phoned today Thursday to confirm and was told between 3 and 5pm today, No collection and no call.
From the biggest skip company in Essex i would expect more and this is becoming a common occurrence.
I'm only a small company and my customers are important to me, so when i cant even tell them when they can have there drive back how does this make me look.
Sorry Dunmow Skips i may not spend much with you but i think its time to go elsewhere.
