Have used this company many times in the past, without a problem - but they were much smaller then. Issues: - Very difficult to get through to the office. Very slow to answer sometimes didn't answer at all. - Communications by e-mail confusing. They should consider what this looks like from the customer point of view. - E-mailing when the driver is en route is pointless - a phone call or text message would be more appropriate. - Phoned up to extend a skip hire - took 15 minutes to process - should take no more than 2 minutes. - Driver who collected my (mini) skip didn't bother to knock on the front door. In collecting the skip he snapped some tree branches that then needed to be cut off and also chipped three facing bricks on my front wall. He then scarpered without mentioning either of these items to me. Very poor service and "Jack the Lad" style. I took photos of the damage but couldn't be bothered contacting the office as I didn't think it was a good use of my time. - Summary - Very poor customer service, go elsewhere.
