I thought I was going to have to give up on skin care completely following a bad reaction to using products that caused a bad rosacea (including ocular)flare up. The game changer has been in watching the video clips from Dr Sam and taking time to allow my skin to get used to Brightly first alongside the cleanser, moisturiser and spf which are all designed to compliment each other. I have received really useful advice from the Customer Service Team to move on to the next stage of using retinol. It's a bit like having your hand held as you dip in your toe. I'm now really hopeful that I can get back to a happier and more settled skin. Thank you!
