I’ve only used Droix twice but they have been amazing each time. I’ve bought a Miyoo mini and a Miyoo mini plus, both came with a day or two of ordering. The one time I used live chat was when I had checked out as a guest and my order wasn’t linked to my account. Sorted in one short sentence.
