I had some issues with the website and subsequently ended up paying more postage than I needed to. The robot-chat was annoying but, when I emailed, a real person got back to me quickly, was very helpful and refunded my postage charge.
My parcel also arrived quickly. Overall I am a happy customer and would use again.
