I have found using this site both useful, as they do eventually find cancellations but also very frustrating as they take a long time to come through and I didn't know if the system was working properly. I have upgraded to the Premium service but still not getting the cancellations offered. A personal email would be useful to explain the situation. I am STILL waiting for another ' sooner' cancellation to come through !! It's very frustrating when you are keen to be on the road and don't hear anything :(
