After the very fast delivery we have not been impressed. The mattress was OK to sleep on but not great. When I changed the bed & decided to get our mattress topper cleaned I noticed it looked as though the fold hadn't come out properly. I have contacted Drift who have not replied to emails & fobbed me off on the phone telling me to look inside the zip cover of the mattress. I have done that & there is obviously a problem with the mattress being folded & I have photographed where the springs dip in the centre. Now I've called to arrange return & the phone goes straight to answerphone despite it saying on the contact page that the office is open. Buyer beware!
