Joseph Toft and his colleagues were able to simplify what is a very complicated set of offerings based on my initial public domain check. The a la carte options available are overwhelming so speaking to the same person through the process was helpful as sharing what the needs of the business were made the selection process much easier. The proposal put together was quite enlightening as well. It took time to get everything in place but this was mainly due to our business pressures. The portal to view all benefits is slow to get up and running but it should be a useful addition to the service offering.
