I found the web site easy to use. Lots of options for paper etc. Fast download which I appreciate. Able to change delivery date if required. Though the given date was when my printing arrived. Well packed. Appreciated a card stating who had packed etc. Good if you need to feedback re the printing. Number of different projects in the order which were divided by different coloured paper. A small thing but appreciated. Regular emails updating the progress of the printing. Altogether a great service and product. I have already been back for a further printing order and will use them as my regular 'go to' external printing company.
