I ordered 3 different items with different bindings on one order, and they arrived all together, faster than I expected. The first two were excellent. Better than I imagined.
There was an issue with one item, but it was sorted immediately. I emailed them on Sunday, and got a response the same day! They immediately reprinted the item (and sent me extras). I am very happy with the service I received. I will be placing another order.
