This is my second time using DoxZoo and the results were not so good as the first time. Last year when I received my order I was more than happy with the results! Everything was on point, the cutting, the colors, the paper quality, I was soooooo impressed that I was referring DoxZoo to everyone that I know, even the customer service was the best. This year I decided to place a new order. I was speaking through the entire process with the customer service, they were the best and helped me in any way possible, I appreciate them! The quality that I received was nothing similar to the one I received a year ago. The paper was thinner, the finishing was not so good, and to be honest the prints were in different color shades. For example, I used light blue color as a background to some prints, and I received different shades of that background, 10prints were one shade, another 30 were lighter shades, another 20 were darker shade, which was pretty unprofessional to me. Let's not forget the black ink lines across some of the color prints. Another thing that bothered me was the poor cutting, even though my prints had bleeds there were white lines at the edges, I don't really understand how this is possible. The entire hole cutting was also poorly done to some of the prints. I was also not happy at all with the paper thickness, but let's say we have different standards for paper thickness. I contacted them about everything above and they were really fair and replaced some of the prints, of course, that was a process where I needed to take pictures and explain to them what's wrong. We ended up with a replacement, which I'm really thankful for, they are professional in that area. However, some of the prints that I received had the same issues as before, and I didn't have time and will to repeat the same process. Basically my overall experience this second time was not so good. I will probably give them another chance, because of my first order.
