Hi. Thanks for asking for my opinion on your product and service. Great delivery and packaging. The dressing gown is beautiful and very well made. Has quality written all over it. The only disappointment is with the hanging tag on the back of the neck. It’s quite a heavy garment and, Of course, will be heavier when damp after a bath or shower. The hanging tag is flimsy and not fit for purpose. It will snap in time. You should put one on, made of the same sturdy cloth as the gown itself. I recently bought a dressing gown for myself from ASDA and it has a sturdy cloth tag. That said, my fiancée is delighted with her Christmas present and loves the colours.
