The van was clean and pleasant to drive. The staff were helpful and efficient.
Only one gripe. It took too long (about 8 or 9 days) for the deposit to be paid back into our account after the vehicle had been cleared as returned in good order. Bank transfers should take a maximum of 2 working days and everyone knows that holding on to other people's money to gain interest is a cheap trick.
