The service was great but at busier times could do with more staff. The vehicle I used comfortable and clean, I only used it fairly locally and it performed adequately. There was some miscommunication as when I booked the van, I organised to use it for 3 days. However, I was phoned on the Monday to be told that it should have been returned the previous day!
