I was immensely grateful to Dorset Vehicle Hire for providing me with a van at very short notice after Enterprise let me down with 30minutes notice that the van I had booked was not available! The process was clear and straightforward and I was shown the controls of the van clearly as well. Returning it was straightforward too. I would happily recommend this company.
