My Dec booked car was provisionally booked over the phone through Andy the Weymouth Manager and confirmed at the Dorchester office on payment/collection. Andy has always provided me with a great service from the Weymouth Office where all my previous DVR cars have been supplied/collected by me ready and clean, but the Dec hire car was dirty inside (no excuse) and out (perhaps too cold for the hose?). Also, the Dorchester office didn't open its door until 0810 in the morning (0800 opening time?) and I am used to Andy opening up at the Weymouth office approx 15 mins before 0800 so I can get the paperwork sorted out as early as possible and I can get away quicker. I have been very happy with service I have received in the past from Andy and his Weymouth office team but was disappointed with my last experience at the Dorchester office. 5 stars for Andy & Weymouth but only 2 stars for Dorchester but I can't score both hence 3 overall.
