One person hadn’t returned their van the night before. So my van was the replacement for someone going to Europe. I was running late when a different vehicle was provided. It was excellent and a bit of a bonus. But no time to gen up on the vehicle before driving it away. Not sure I see the sense in the new fuel protocol, where I had a low tank 3 8ths full. And had to guess just how much the top up would be in litres, or cash? I prefer the old protocol, of a full tank, to be topped up on getting home!
