Once I'd realised you have to set collect and return dates to be 1 day apart (otherwise the booking website errors, rather than flagging the date range needs to be changed), as I had planned to collect & return the same day, the booking process was quick and easy. The van was clean and existing scratches etc. were well documented and the collection was quick as I knew the documents to bring. The only issue I almost had was you need to give a Landline number - No one I know has one anymore! Return was equally quick and easy and I'll certainly use Dorset Vehicle Rental again.
