Easy pick up and drop off. Very pleased with car -very new. I am international traveler - my Initial email and website enquiries were not responded to (several days) and my Uk based son had to make Enquiry by phone during work hours to get a response. Hefty bond £750 actually charged at time of pickup but no delays with refund upon return. Unused day was refunded. Will use again.
