Short notice booking, LWB van. No ratchet straps supplied, don't know whether this is an option. I'm not a tradesman but was making use of the LWB van for transport. Van had 4K on the clock and was brand new. No Air Con, and deafening wind noise with the windows down! not DVR's fault.. just Ford . Despite only having done 4K the van needed more adblue, and didn't want to start first try. Guys at the unit were helpful and was glad to have the service.
