Car booked for 8am. Had to wait until 8:05 for doors to open. Receptionist was brilliant, very efficient. Unfortunately the car was blocked in by four vans. The guy in the yard was pleasant and helpful but I had to wait ten minutes for the car to be released. Wasn’t until I got to my home to collect the family that I realised the backseat footwells had not been hoovered and there was a food stain on rear of drivers seat. I these times of covid I would have expected a higher cleanliness of the interior. Never had any problems before, and I will hire again, but felt that this time the standards had slipped slightly.
